The AMS (Answering Machine Script) is designed with you in mind. This script is open source and is better than most out there.

It uses an IM code so you can be online or offline and get the message.

It's simple to use, the customer clicks it, the menu comes down, they type in what they want to say, and it gets delivered to you.

They can even ping you if they don't feel like typing.. it will also IM you saying the name of the avatar and that they need you.

The script is very straightforward and easy, the bonus is there's no lag.
