It’s 2026, and Bax Boots is still coasting on a reputation from a decade ago. The boots are outdated and mediocre, but the 'customer service' is the real disaster.
The head CSR, Eve Parnall, is the definition of unprofessional. Dealing with her means facing blatant rudeness attitude. There are too many amazing, inclusive brands in SL to waste time or Lindens on a store that treats customers this poorly. Avoid.
