Dark Balcony and Windows with White Walls.
Light Balcony and Windows with Brick Walls.
include 9 static Poses. (best fit for 2 meter avatars).
Doors, Windows and Streetlight (Bulb) are scripted.

Requires Mesh Enabled Viewer.
