To bad to say..... No support!
Now that I have tried to reach the seller two times (both times via IM and via Notecard), I nfortunately have to say: no support!
I do not think it is part of the design, that some parts of the hair shine or not shine. If it were at least modifiable, I could manage it by myself. :(
