Very good islands and house...just some part without base,u can fall when u walk but nice for the price.
Looks pretty, barely modifiable.
I can't fault the build, great sculpts, very pretty, obviously a lot of work has gone into this.
But "Not all parts may be modify" in the description doesn't cut it. It should be marked simply as not modifiable. All the plants, scrubs and stones are linked to the island prims, and are then no mod. There's a cherry blossom stuck in the middle of the biggest island making it unusable for really anything but the house it came with.
The house is gorgeous though, so if that's what you're buying it for, it'll probably suit you just fine.
