classic hitch hiking pose. right hand, elbow, shoulder, and collar bones posed. all other bones free. should work with most idle stand poses.
btw: if the pose doesn't appear to be functioning, go to Skins & Options tab in your Maitreya body's HUD and click the "Stop Animations" button for Hand Poses to turn theirs off.
