All BFCD items sold as full permission however when purchasing BFCD items you must agree to the following terms.
The terms below are for all customers including merchants, builders and designers. The only exception to these terms are to if the user of the items receives written permission from BFCD.
• You can NOT give other people permissions to resell the mesh items. This means single mesh items, packaged mesh sets, advertisement pictures or any text. You are not permitted to sell our mesh products as a franchised or affiliate product unless you have written permission from BFCD.
• BFCD mesh products cannot be sold or given away in any freebie store or advertised in freebie or free gift groups. The only exception to this condition is full permission from BFCD in writing.
• You are not permitted to advertise items made from our mesh products (modified or as is) as a freebie, dollarbie or as a gift/prize in Second life or on SL Marketplace or any other game. The only exception to this condition is full permission from BFCD in writing.
• BFCD mesh items are exclusive to BFCD and may not be reproduced or sold as a full permission item without written permission from BFCD. BFCD mesh items can be used in your creations to resell as long as your item is not full perm unless you receive written permission from BFCD.
• All BFCD meshes are for use in Second Life only.
• You cannot copy any pictures, text or items from BFCD for advertisement or promotional purpose without first receiving written permission from BFCD.
All violations of conditions will force us to report you and may seek legal action toward you. Make sure to get written permission from BFCD if you wish to resell, distribute or give away items with our mesh builds.
