BH&G present the Lauderdale Seaview Add On!
This addition was created to be used with the Lauderdale Stilt Linden Home "Over Land" Parcels only, and does not include the stilt house.
Inspired by real life stilt homes, we bring you a finished lower floor. Inner walls added for more usable space. Open concept floor plan for easy decorating. Lattice windows for privacy as well as allowing for natural light.
This add on does not texture change but can be modified. Edit knowledge is required.
The entire add on is 34 Land Impact and is copy/modify.
