This product was designed to be used with the Tortuga Stilt Linden Home for premium members. This version compliments "Over Water" or "On Pier" models only. However it is modify & the lower boat deck & stairs can be easily removed.
The package features slat privacy fence, pergola with hanging plants, lower boat deck & stairs. The back boat deck comes animated, just sit on it for animations.
All items are copy & modify.
