If your home has a lot of water underneath, this item may not work. Some adjusting may be required to fit your land. Instructions has been provided.

This package features a complete lower room, dormers, outdoor automatic day/night lights, working chimney, awnings, tropical gardens, animated seagull, static birds, hanging ferns, pergola, privacy deck with stairs & a welcome mat.

The home add on does not texture change, but can be modified. Edit knowledge is required.
