BH&G presents the Wallower Sandpiper!

This product was designed to be used with the Wallower Linden Home Houseboat for premium members and is only compatible with Wallower's on 32x32 parcels. This houseboat is not included.

The Wallower Sandpiper was inspired by real life houseboats & features 2 extra floors of space, a brand new interior layout, working mini blinds, an open air terrace complete with a pergola & astro turf. To access upper deck, sit on the ladder. To go back down, sit on the directional button inside ladder opening.

Fatpack includes terrace plants animated pug, Koi fish pond (touch logo cube to activate fish movement, bench also contains animations. A floating deck & pool with boat cleats, pool is animated. Outdoor Automatic day/night lights & a welcome mat complete the look.

This product does not texture change but can be modified. Edit knowledge is required.
