Truly a BEAUTIFUL home!

When I placed this house, I was blown away at how great it is. I love the mixture of pale wood and concrete with bricks to offset it. The textures are so realistic and match very well with any decor you want to add to it. The size is great for singles or even a small family- allowing all your stuff without feeling overwhelming. The outside is perfect with a multi-level, wrap around space woth that gorgeous pool. The layout on the 1st floor is so unique; right when you walk in, there's a seating area with a fireplace and built in pond that has stairs over it leading to the upstairs. The pond separates the kitchen and living area. The large windows allow lots of light without giving up privacy. I LOVE the adjoining bathoom between the 2 rooms upstairs. The bathroom was smaller than I'd like so I just switched it to the 2nd bedroom makin the bathroom into a dressing/closet. It worked perfectly right out the box and was so easy to modify. It fits well on my 4080 plot but there isn't much room to landscape but with this house, I didn't need to. I am totally in love with this house and it's definitely worth more than the price. I highly recommend it!
