[BIP] configcard_to_linkset_reader Version 1.0.0

Allows you to read notecards without much set up. Drag the script in, copy over help functions into your own script and dynamically read your notecard data!

- reads any notecard ending in "Linkset Config" (case sensitive)
- offers noteCardLoaded:<name> callback
- offers allNoteCardsLoaded callback

Use linkset callbacks to refresh scripts if required for state_entry lazy loads.

Includes an example prim to try out with! Embedding and reselling allow.
