The villa have two floors, + an attic.
The two rooms is 20 x 20m, the entrance hall and the deck is 10 x 10 m.
You get two houses, they are identical except for a door/stair to the attic, the door to the attic is over the spiral stair. The house with the attic door is 107 prim and the one without is 106 prim.
NEW. I added new low prim version in the box (LP). The LP versions is 82 and 81 prim.
