Resizing is very simple but before you make any modifications, I highly recommend that you make a back-up copy of the item (be sure to label the items so that you know which is which).
Wear the item, then simply click on it to bring up the resizing menu.
When you have sized the item to your satisfaction, I recommend you delete the resize script (delete is one of the menu options).
Deleting the script will help in two ways: (1) you won't be plagued by the menu every time you inadvertently click the item; and (2) scripts = lag..
You will always have your original back-up item in case you change shapes or want to change the sizing for whatever reason.
