We always advise making a copy for safekeeping before fitting these prims to your body--some familiarity with fitting prims to the body and building is recommended for achieving the optimal effect. The "burrow holes" where the tentacle/vines enter the skin can be tinted to match your skin's color (as in the photo ads--this is done using SL's regular "Build" tools).
