There are a few paint programes online without installing it and it is free to use.

Installation

1) Rezz your boat
2) Drag the DOCK411 - BOAT ROOT script inside your boat
3) Rezz the nameplates
4) Touch the nameplates
The name plates will position themselves automaticaly once rezzed and touched
