Pretty Cool Horns, I got the outfit that match with, I love it !

Make no mistake, these are pretty horns. However, they're like 300k triangles in total. Like, they're nice looking, but not "wear another entire avatar on my head" nice, you know?

The tinting options for the neon components are also quite limited. Why not just give the user a colour picker? Or, better yet, just make it mod? No-mod is a sin, especially for *unrigged parts.* Like, why?

I don't know how else to tell you this, but this is why you should retopo your models. Don't upload the high poly. For their visual complexity, something like this should be like 20k - 30k tris. Bake your details into normals. Don't offload your laziness onto the consumer.
