This is a mix of Mesh and Sculpties parts with an interactive webscreen (media on prim tech requires viewer V2 or better)
Mesh items have a variable land impact that is affected by two things: number of normal and sculpties attached to it, how much stretched the model is and if any part is scripted.
The office desk at the provided configuaration has a Land impact of 13, even being 17 prims linked. that land impact can rise if the model is streched or if any scripted model (as the desk Lamp provided - 2 prim object) is linked to it.
Warning - Linking the lamp to the table will rise its land impact to 46!!!
The office chair provided has only two poses (1 male. 1 female), I know its not much but i don't have any intention of opening a forniture store, so i don't have any poses/animations full perm that i could provide with the object. Poses were adjusted with the free sit helper Learjeff's Easy Sit Target Positioner 3, possibly still being sold for free on marketplace. This tool is easy to use and can accept any sitting pose you have adjusting them to any prim, easier way to place nicer poses in so many forniture that look nice and ocme with basic or freebie poses.
