The Upper Hallway set includes 4 classic frames and landscape pictures, a hall lamp, carpet and a sauna.
Items are copy / modify apart from the sauna which is COPY ONLY and on the door there is no scripting. This is designed to make the landing of the Manor House look luxurious and spacious. It is mainly just for looks rather than functional.
You can of course break this build into sections and move the pieces around in your own builds.
*When linked together as it is in the Manor House demo it shows 42 prims but when you take the items out of your box and rez the sauna separately it is actually 24 prims.
