The first one will put your arms inside your torso, simply alpha out your hands if needed and you should be able to wear most long sleeve shirts with it. IMPORTANT, NOTE: this item will NOT move with your body sliders, if you experience clipping try a bigger size or play around with your shape to fit your fitted clothing under it.
