Its a carnival outfit for ladies but themed after El Dorado, the ancient city of gold. Body parts are gold and red, with blue and green feather extensions. This features symbolic wings that have ethnic style, it uses huge arm parts and even comes off the hand with more feathers. The feather parts use flex and material texturing with a high value instead of normal to look more three-dimensional.
