Item is incredibly script-heavy, and is no copy so you better be sure you have the right size before deleting. Problem is, the resizer only ever worked on one prim in the bracelet.
Even if this were free it would be a wasted spot in your inventory. If you're going to offer something for so little, why not just make it mod?
