THE PROFESSOR by BREDA TECH is a small personal sci-fi follow drone for Second Life.
It is designed as a compact companion drone with a unique brain-core look, subtle engine sound, local chat personality, and multiple flight modes.
THE PROFESSOR is visually inspired by classic retro sci-fi themes: a floating technical companion with a visible brain-core design, giving it the feeling of an intelligent assistant from old space-adventure stories.
It is not an official licensed product and is not connected to any existing franchise, character, or brand.
Main functions:
* Shoulder follow mode for calm close support
* Dynamic follow mode with more active movement
* Maneuver / Roam mode for free flight around the saved Home position
* Set Home and return Home function
* Adjustable height and distance
* Optional engine sound
* Occasional local chat comments for companion atmosphere
* Simple owner menu and /99 chat commands
The Shoulder mode is best for indoor areas, shops, RP scenes, conversations, and normal companion use.
The Dynamic Follow mode is more active and usually looks best when the drone is set a little farther away from the avatar.
The Maneuver / Roam mode is designed for open areas, outdoor spaces, large halls, platforms, or sci-fi bases. It gives the drone a more lively free-flight behavior around its saved Home position.
This product is meant as a stylish sci-fi companion for RP, cyberpunk scenes, laboratories, shops, clubs, bases, and personal avatar setups.
Please note:
Second Life movement can be affected by lag, parcel settings, walls, mesh edges, and region performance. For best results, use Roam mode in open areas and Shoulder mode in tighter spaces.
Permissions note:
The drone object is supplied with the listed product permissions. The internal scripts are copy only / no modify / no transfer to protect the working system and prevent accidental script damage. This is normal for scripted Second Life products. You can still use the drone normally through its menu and chat commands.
