This is a simple set of EEP windlightss with some generative art of a vast city in place of a sun in the distance, and shifting strange clouds to give you a futuristic, dreamlike setting!
Comes in 4 times of day, dawn, daylight, dusk and night
Fully modifiable so that you can reorient the city (sun) and moon to fit your build! Customize cloud settings, go wild!
Like all EEP windlights, you can apply it strictly to yourself to set the mood for sim hopping or photo projects, or apply it to different Z-levels of an owned parcel to add panache to a skybox!
