BSH - Tikihaus Set Versión mody copy

This tiki house set comes with several components. All is copy and mody. So you can combine it for your personal needs.

This is included:

The main building counts 39 prim. It has 2 floors which are linked through an outside stair.
Downstairs is a large room with a lockable door and windows with seperate closable bambooblinds. You can modify the doorscript (groupaccess, autolock ect).
Upstairs is a sundeck, a canopied deck and a little canopied lookout.

The jetty counts 18 prim and has a landing stage and a canopied counter. Also there is an exit in the back. The landing stage has two stairs into the water. You can remove them if you don't like them.

The terrace counts 15 prim and is canopied.

The sunshade counts 5 prim and is a huge one with 4 legs.

The gangplank counts 1 prim and you can combine it as you want.

I included several single stairs (1 to 3 prim) for your personal utilization.
All stairs on the buildings are single linked so you can change them as you like.

Not included in this set are all furnitures and the other things on the illustration pictures.
