BST Cash Registry
The BST Cash Registry is a very easy to deploy and use registration system, which registrates all your business related money flow.
It is outstanding for shopkeepers, who want to track and compare the profit of their shops, or just keep track of all inworld sales you do.
There is an option to give members of the same group as the server is set to, a discount. If needed, all customers can recieve a discount, for instance during an event, party, special action, anniversary or other events.
You also have the ability to send a gift with every purchaise. The gift can be an object, piece of clothing, gesture, sound, texture or picture, whatever. You can choose to send it to the group members, or to all clients.
An other great option is that you can split the profit money with someone else. Therefore you enter the name and key of the person, and how much percent he should recieve, and all is done for you.
Of every money transaction (sale, discount, partner money split) a registration is made.
Every product is registrated in the BST Cash Registry, along with the numver of sales of that product, and the profit of the product.
You can check the registration by clicking the server and choose the right type of registration. The registration wil be send to you as an IM.
Free extra's:
You get the BST-Easy Group Joiner for free, in order to let your clients join your group with just one click. The group joiner just needs to be rezzed and it is already working.
Also for free, a piramid which will tell you the key of a partner, when you say it's name in channel 6.
The box also includes :
A board which shows the reduction of members and clients. Rez the board before rezzing the server, and the board will be adjusted all the time. It will adjust itself automaticly when you make a change in the reductions.
How to set up :
Setthing this up is very easy. You go to your shop, rez the discount board, is you are planning to give reductions.
Rez the server and open the _Config notecard inside. Make the propper adjustments as you prefere.
Go to your products, and take a copy of every product you sell (that way the rights are set right, and the names are exacly the same as the inworld products)Drop in every box or poster the "BST-Cash Registry Product Script". This script will empty the box, and set it up for the system. The box turns red and ask you to say the product's price in chat.When a price is recieved, it wil ask your confirmation. When confermed, the box turns back to it's volor and becomes active. Now set the box to "PAY OBJECT" in the edit screen. (If you dont know how, there is a manual inside this package explaining you how to, and showing you pics on how to).
Drop the products you copied in the server's inventory.
Now, when some clients come along, and they want to buy you product, they just click your product, pay it and recieve the product from the server, recieve an aditional gift and/or reduction, while all this is registrated.
Pretty easy setup, but powerfull tool.
The server is used one per sim. IT has a cool and simple design, with nice textures. IT also has a green LED that lightens up when the server is at work. Also a sound is played silently, like the sound of a harddrive searching. The sound you hear just as long as the server works.
