The BST Sound Browser (BST-SB) is an excelent tool to browse your inworld soundfiles. Drop in as many sounds as you want, even no copy and no transfer or no mod sounds. All can be listened at.
For scripters i added an extra feature. When you found the sound you look for, click the "key" button and you get the key (UUID) of the sound IM'ed to you. Use it in scripts, even UUID's of no copy and no transfer sounds !!!
