This was a commission project made to replace event coordinators such as Blogotex with a simple to use in-world system.
► This product is still in the final steps of validation and bugfixing. This description will be updated when all diagnostics are complete. Please note that currently only one event coordinator per sim is supported. This should be addressed in a future update.◄

This Event Coordinator is designed to allow designers at your events to purchase their own demo display box and then have access for bloggers and other designers to get those demos delivered to them.
This system uses a mix of group and notecard based permissions, but is group-agnostic for setup and use. The dev boxes and coordinator do not need to be set to the land group, or any group for that matter. The boxes and coordinator handle requests by checking the active group of the individual clicking on the box, and comparing their access level within the notecard.
This means all communications are done in-world with a secure communication method and you don't have to hassle with web UIs, per-user registration fees, or monthy rentals. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime support.

Where to start?
This System is the best example of getting rid of complex, problem-causing systems.
Websites not properly registering Members, missing Blogboxes and the fees to setup each round are a bit heavy if you get a good amount of participants, especially if you want to keep the participation-fees on a fair level!
A lot of Problems that can happen with other system, but Problems that are gone with this Coordinator.
With this System, you are no longer dependent on any off-world Websites
and can manage everything inworld as easy as possible.
It provides a easy to use inworld System which Designers can pay and drop down their Items for Bloggers in the most easiest way.
The System can be assigned to a group and each participant has to be added a role through the included Memberlist. So theres a stable, good security.
Overall it already made my life on managing our event so simple and quick!
The pricing is absolutely fantastic for the fact that you pay for it once and can use it forever!
