This is B.Tech's RLV necklace, the scripting technology of this necklace, is the most specialized of second life, open collar was the best system that could have been implemented in this beautiful model!
Formed by a solid and resistant union of metals, with a polymer coating, it makes this necklace solid and fair, in order to never have the need to remove it!

Looks Good, Easy to Mod
The collar mainly consists of two meshes which join at the 'pin connections' on each side, so both the front and back are individually resizable if you need to adjust it for an unusually-shaped neck.
The materials look pretty good, like a spray-painted metal bike lock.
RLV features are handled with standard OpenCollar scripts.
