BURNED DOWN RUIN -very low prim prop/charred remains of brick building

"it's all gone" is what the owner of this former house might have told his wife upon assessing the damage. and indeed, there is not much left: a pile of burnt rubble, mere debris, a sculpted ruin with outer wall leftovers (broken brick, foundations, more or less) and charred wood, plus smoke and flame emitters so you can make it look all freshly burned and atmospheric. Please, before buying, look at all the images to be sure you understand this is not probably the place you will want to live at (or hey, perhaps it is!), but more or less a prop for landscaping or for creating atmo on a sim.(If you prefer semi-broken, there is a build i offer for that, too)

At 10 prims this is very low prim and ideal for helping you create e.g. a realistic and rich war RP environment, a sinister post-apoc scenery or a catch-the-arsonist detective Roleplay. If you are looking for thorough destruction or if you are a mad pyromaniac, or if perhaps you want to add some darkness to the innocent-looking volcano on your sim, this just might be the build you are looking for.

PLEASE REZ IN EDIT MODE: the main build comes in two parts (phantom and non-phantom) plus the flame and smoke emitter. Rezzing and staying in edit mode ensures you easily move all parts at once. if you mess up, do not fret: as long as you keep an intact copy in your inventory, you can always just rez a new copy.Oh and: if you don't mind the build being completely phantom, you can even save on prims!
