This beautiful house has this features:

-More details :

-Dungeon has 25 x 25 and it is very useful as private zone.
If you will place this house in a sky the dungeon will be perfectly fix under the platform (if it has 0.50 cm thickness)

-Principal story: it is placed above the dungeon and has 4 rooms of different sizes, and in the divisor it has 2 buttons the up button is for windows and curtains open close system and the down button for rezz teleports

Dungeon, terrace and stories has 5 teleports in total.
For rezz the teleports touch the down blue button and choose Build , then touch again and choose Position, then wait about some seconds and there are ready to be used

-First story is place above the principal story and it has 5 rooms different size
-Second story is above the first story and has 3 rooms different sizes

-Terrace is a big space for lot of uses

All doors open by collision mode. Some of them open in collision start and other in collision end (this means your avatar collision on the door and wait 0.5 second and it will open)

The house is modify so that means that if you know how do it , then you can change colors or textures of faces and place your own textures or colours.-
