When you click Toots, the texture menu will pop up on top. Close that menu, to access the baby menu behind it.
The texture scripts can glitch occasionally when going from #1 to #2, leaving the tail white. It's my experience, if you choose none, and try again, it fixes the problem.
This item does use the crib scripts, so it will refresh their rest need.
