Babylon Bank / Babylon Villa

Yeah it is a bank or maybe not? Actually I created it for the Babylon sim and they want to use it as a bank but it can be a home also.

The building is rich decorated and there is an entrance room with plants and two side rooms plus a garden with a pond with water hyacinths, papyrus and more.

You get two versions:

162 Li total (building 134 Li, roof plants 18 Li)
27 x 25.5 meters with a lockable front door and invisible garden cover to secure your privacy. A bit less decorated as the prim heavier version.

180 Li total (building 152 Li, roof plants 18 Li)
27 x 27.5 meters with lockable front door, lockable doors to the garden and a back door, which makes the building 2 meters longer.

All is copy and modify, except scripts they are only copy.
2 rezzers included, roof pants are not linked to the building

Garden: Touch amphora for water on /off, touch lower part of water fall for on /off, ambient bird sounds are in the little bird. If you are annoyed unlink it or disable the sound script.

Please have a look at the instruction images for door menu. You can change door behavior to close automatic or stay open.
