Backyard for Modern House BOXED ~ Fat Pack * READ NOTES

This is an outdoor fat pack for the backyard of the modern house. Some elements of this are prim heavy and some elements are no modify like the fountain and the outdoor cafe lounger set. The scripts were set that way. All other items should be modify / copy.

This set is supplied in two versions. The first version is a rezzed set of the cobbled ground floor, the trees, outdoor furniture and the walled fireplace. This is just 24 prims including the fountain which is a little crazy since the fountain on its own is 22 prims. So, a hot tip is to rez the items individually and link them up or just use the rez version if it fits your plan. It will fit perfectly for our modern house though of course.

The fountain and waves of the pool are animated and come with a splashing sound. It is this item which has scripts that are copy / transfer only.

Chairs and table made from sculpted prims and give realistic view. The cafe set weighs in at 26 prims but it comes with the chairs multi animatons. This item is No modify because of the scripts within it. The complete set includes:

The Second Version is not rezzed complete but has the large outer garden wall which is prim heavy (50), everything individually presented of which most of it is copy / modify permissions. The items are:
