Based on the fundamental characteristics of Hobbit Homes; rounded arches, windows, doors etc., and textured with a fine finish, this home captures the essence of Tolkien's fantasy.

The house is build inside a rocky outcrop with windows placed where the walls are close to the surface. Circular walkways between rooms and circular windows all retain the important essence of a Hobbit home.

You may re-texture the ground, both the mound and the garden, to make it fit your existing landscape textures if desired.

Two fires, both controlled by menu add warmth to an already cosy interior. A feature wall with tree carving is included in one room.

The exterior door is controlled with a menu. Simply hold your mouse over the door until a "hand" appears then drag to the ground. The menu that appears is self explanatory.

Outside the house is a small garden with flowers and two trees. More trees and shrubs grow on the mound. Steps lead up from the garden to a large terrace. A great spot to relax and maybe watch the sun go down from a lofty viewpoint.

Displayed next to this version is one without the steps from garden to terrace. Lower LI and slightly smaller footprint. Both homes fit a 32 * 32 parcel.

Whilst the build is copy and mod please be warned that linking and unlinking parts can have unexpected consequences.
