A nice build
Well proportioned, with an elegant little veranda and some excellent texturing, esp. the weathered wood on the railings; but at L$475, very expensive compared with all the other beach shacks, huts and houses one sees; so, 4/5.
The reasons for top marks is that this merchant has bothered to display this, and all his other builds, on an in-world location, which not many people do these days. Or they'd too dam' idle to update the location given in the 'view in-world' coordinates they provide. (One merchant's in-world location leads to a private site from which the security orb ejects potential buyers!)
