I'm not able to figure out what the script in the "Bahia Tiki- Asian Tea House" structure is for as I am not able to operate it. I thought it was a menu script to change textures. It seems to be the script for group operation only. Hopefully the creator can explain how it's supposed to work.

Since when you buy a building you cannot take anything away from it? Absolutely useless, not let me get even rid of that fence. Item is nice but unsuitable for builders - waste of L$
