It's only 16 LI, but it was made before prims could be over 10m. With minimal editing skills I got it to 9 LI.

A Good Buy
As a resident in Japan, I must say this is pretty good...I'd suggest a tatami mat re-texture as the size is off, but other than that..very nice indeed.
