[Balan Builds] Stanford Office Building Versión 1.3

Welcome home! The Stanford Office Building is the perfect fit for companies or RP group looking for a medium-sized office building. Thanks to it's spacious hallways, large open space and multiple buildings, it would be a great fit for law enforcement, military administration offices or a company's headquarters. GenTek's IntelliDoors are included with this build. All doors, including the front glass doors can be access-restricted to specific persons or your group.

• The building features a large hallways connecting to several downstairs office spaces, a bathroom, a large upstairs open space, additionnal offices upstairs and a multi-purpose room that could be used as a meeting room.

• The kitchen will provide you and your coworkers with a place to gather around the water cooler and get up to date on the latest office gossip !

Each area has lights that are individually controlled via a switch. Into RP? You'll also find electrical outlets, and exit signs for that full immersion.

Two exterior styles are included with this build, one "Bare brick" style, and one "Painted Brick" style that is easily recolorable through the standard SL build tools.
The look of interior of the building is also, customizable. You'll be able to change the colors of the inside walls and the floors. Most of them are the same mesh face, hence the same color, but there are "accent walls" available in the building.

The building is 100% made with mesh, with the highest quality textures up to the latest Material standards. It has a footprint of 42m * 30m. And a height of 10m. It's land impact is 300 making it a perfect fit on medium-sized lands.

- Since version 1.3, the side-staircase has been replaced with a more detailed model and doesn't have the physical glitch anymore. Please request redelivery from your Marketplace account if you purchased a prior version!
