Ballinger's Bungalow was designed for comfortable living on a small parcel. the FOOTPRINT is a mere 26mX19M.
Up the front steps you arrive at a spacious, wrap-around veranda. The front door leads into a large L-shaped area for living, with sliding doors leading back to the veranda. Light and airy, it's the perfect starter home. The second floor is purely decorative. The owner can change the time the doors will stay open by opening the Contents folder and the Door Setup notecard.
