Ballinger's Chateau de Paris is a huge palace, based loosely on the central block of the Chateau de Versailles. With a FOOTPRINT of 120m long by 115m deep, and a Land Impact of 1161 PRIMS, the chateau requires half a sim, or if you're careful, a homestead.
Within its 45 rooms are an Efilade of State Rooms that includes a vast Hall of Mirrors, several Salons, Dining and Breakfast Rooms, Kitchen, Chapel, Library with hidden Room behind secret doors, two Grand Staircases, a 6 room Owner's suite with secret door, an Office with secret doors and passage, grand Entrance Hall and Reception Room, two 3room Guest Suites and Lesser State Rooms. There are rooms that can be used as single bedrooms. Stairs and Balustrades are mesh.
The chateau is sold unfurnished.
