Ballinger's Culham Court is based on a Grade II listed house built in England in 1771.
FOOTPRINT: 44m wide X 45m deep
PRIMS: 341 L I
As with all Georgian houses of the period, the house is symmetrical and flows easily for entertaining.
Upon passing through the front door, you are immediately in the Great Hall, which is flanked by the Drawing Room, Dining Room [with Kitchen off this], Garden Room with Terrace access, Study and Library. Fireplaces warm 3 of these rooms. The ceilings in these rooms are all mesh and are taken from great houses in England.
Upstairs is a large Living Hall that is flanked by 4 Bedroom Suites, each having its own bath. The rooms here are simpler in design, being for family.
