Ballinger's Mid-Century Modern

Ballinger's Mid-Century Modern has the crisp lines of Southern California, but will suit many locales. With a FOOTPRINT of 34m wide by 40m deep and a Land Impact of 75 PRIMS [including the plants, which can be removed if unwanted], it has a very open plan, with tons of natural light.

The front steps are flanked by planters, leading up to the front doors. Step inside to a huge room that's nearly all glass, with a tiled wall at the Kitchen end and wrap-around windows, floor to ceiling on two sides of the Living Room. A large covered Veranda duplicates the living room windows and extends to the Master Bedroom, with its Ensuite, which has a matching tiled wall. A second Bedroom completes the interior.
