Ballinger's Queen Anne is based on one of the most prevalent styles built in America at the end of the 19th Century. With a Footprint of 42m wide X 47m deep and only 287Prims [down from 431, thanks to Convex Hull, which is totally LL-supported] the house is large enough for a family in the country, in town or at the beach. The ground floor is entered via a convered wrap-around Porch to a large Hall with Stair, Living Room with Fireplace, Library, Dining Room and Breakfast Room [both with a hidden door to the Kitchen]; Upstairs, a hall connects the Master [Bedroom, Bath, Sleeping Porch and Balcony] to four other Bedrooms, one of which is suitable to use as a Nursery or Bath.

-Upstairs windows and shutters open/close with a touch.
-Fire is controlled by a touch
-Doors are owner-controlled by holding a left click for a drop-down menu

Ideal Victorian haven

A wonderful rambling Victorian house, just right for a 19th century family - or a 21st century family with an appreciation for the style of a bygone age! Great support from the builder. A real find.
