Ballinger's Santa Barbara is reminiscent of the style of homes found in the Santa Barbara, California, area. Spanish colonial in style, it exemplifies a elegant, but casual lifestyle.

Entering the octagonal Foyer, with it's domed ceiling, clerestory windows and niches, you have a view through to the huge Terrace with its Fountain. To the right is the Living Room, subdivided into 3 areas, but still open to each other, and two fireplaces. To the left is a Dining Room/Kitchen/Study with another fireplace and access to the 2 Master Suites. The lower one has access to the Terrace, while the upper has a private Balcony.
While the house has been kept very neutral in its palette, you can paint the rooms your own colours. The house is modify/copy, but no transfer.
