Ballinger's Tara

Ballinger's Tara was built as closely as possible to the set used in the movie, including the facade, stair hall, parlour and, of course, Scarlett's bedroom.
FOOTPRINT is 83.5m long by 42m deep.
Land Impact is 425 PRIMS.

Inside, there are 16 rooms that will allow for grand living and/or a big family. Besides the 5 bedrooms and bath upstairs, there is the red brick wing with two rooms and a room under Scarlett's that could become a bedroom. The ground floor includes the Entrance Hall, Stair Hall, Sitting Room, Parlour, Dining Room, Study, 2 Family Rooms, 2 further rooms, Butler's Pantry and Kitchen. There are 3 fireplaces that can be copied and used in additional rooms. A covered Terrace stretches the length of the main block of the house at the rear, plus, of course, the highly familiar Front Porch.

Please bear in mind that you need a parcel at least 100m long by 50m Minimally for the house... 100X100 would be better.
