Entering the estate, you pass into the Porte Cochere and enter the Foyer, with it's grand chandelier [you can delete this if you prefer another or none]. To the right is the formal Living Room. Straight ahead is the Great Hall with French Doors opening to the Portico and garden. Continuing along the enfilade is a Music Room, then the formal Dining Room and Kitchen. The LIbrary is accessed through the Music Room or the Stair Hall,[ which has a small Powder Room] and has a fireplace and bookcase [both of which can be duplicated or removed.] A small Vestibule with apses at both ends and a barrel-vaulted ceiling leads outside.
Upstairs the Hall leads to the Master Suite, with Bedroom, Ensuite, Sitting and access to the large Balcony on the Portico. Two further Bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.
The 3rd floor is given over entirely to an Entertaining Space, with open Terraces on both sides.
