Ballinger's Villa Capri is designed as an updated, old Italian house built onto the remains of an even-older medieval house.

Enter through the wrought iron gates into the ancient Tower, then step up to the open Courtyard, with Fountain replete with a flame burning through the water. To the left is the covered Living Terrace,open to your gardens; straight ahead is the main Living are. To the right are a Guest Room/Study/Bath and stairs up to the Master Bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard. Wrought iron doors lead to a narrow balcony that runs the length of the house to a Terrace on top of the Tower.

-doors are owner-controlled by holding a left click for a menu. With these doors, please do not try to set them to Double, as they are not and cannot be linked. I'll be happy to help you setting them to auto-open if you wish that.
-Fountain sound is controlled by typing in local; /543, then a number from 0 [off] to 10 [loudest]
-Touch the fire for Light or No Light.
