Ballinger's Villa Jardim is a replica of a RL guest house I designed for friends in Goa, India.

A wraparound Veranda, perfect for watching sunsets or dining outdoors, welcomes you to the villa. Inside the front door, you enter the Living Room, which is open to the Study with its private terrace, Kitchen and Stair Hall, where you'll find a Powder Room and the Service Entrance.
Upstairs are 2 Master Suites with access to the Upper Veranda.
The tower, in reality, holds the ensuites and the top level holds the water tank.
